Estate Grown Cabernet Franc

The nose is sour cherry, plum, strawberry, and gravel. The palate is plum, sour cherry, strawberry, white pepper, gravel, and dried herbs. This wine had me going back for more and more, evolving in the glass into a very complex drink.
